Reminder for Azevedo - Bitcoin Payments + Payment Request Required from Jan 2019

Hi Azevedo,

We hope that 2019 is starting well for you.

Below you will find a quick reminder, please read through:

1. Bitcoin payments are now open for everyone - you can now choose Bitcoin as your payment advice and your revenue payout will be sent to the Bitcoin address that you set. Minimum payout for Bitcoin is $100.

2. Starting Jan 2019, payment request will be required to process payouts. Payments can be requested between the 10th and the 20th of each month. This procedure will allow you to make sure that your payment advice is well updated and will help us avoid false payments to wrong addresses.
To request a payment, go to Payments -> Payment Request.

3. We have a new control panel for you. This is just the 1st step of a more complete revamp that is about to come.
