Up-until now you only had the option to select specific carriers when running mobile campaigns. The importance of targeting specific mobile carriers comes in play especially when running carrier-billing campaigns.
We have expanded this option to desktop campaigns as well, and you can now easily block traffic from certain ISPs. This option may be important depending on the type of offer that you run but the fact is that not all ISPs were born equal thus not all ISPs convert the same.
How can I block ISPs? When you create a new desktop campaign, all ISPs are enabled by default. After you start and get some traffic, you can view the ISPs that you got traffic from and block any of them, in a very similar way to the good old subid blocking.
To view the ISP report click on the campaign Analytics icon and then the ISP tab. Now you can easily pause/start any ISP. If you have integrated the global postback and/or upload conversion data manually - the conversion data will show up here as well, allowing you to make a smart decision as of which ISP to bock (if any).
We hope that these new improvements will help you get the most out of your campaigns. As always, if you have any question or request please open a support ticket or contact an account manager.
